Nowra Aquatic Park reopening on 31 August 2024

We are excited to announce that mechanical repairs have progressed at Nowra Aquatic Park and the on-site team are now working to prepare the facility for reopening on Saturday, 31 August 2024.

We look forward to welcoming all members and patrons back to the facility ahead of the spring swimming season.

All members are encouraged to continue utilising the facilities at the nearby Bomaderry Aquatic Centre as we countdown to the reopening of Nowra Aquatic Park.

Please note that a number of operational changes have been implemented across Shoalhaven Swim | Sport | Fitness facilities as part of the ongoing work to improve Council's financial sustainability.

Key changes for Nowra Aquatic Park

• The park will close between May and August
• Extended summer hours will be reduced to the school holiday period.
• In instances of extreme heat, ad-hoc extension of operating hours will be considered.
