Whether you're bringing someone along to try a new class together or just want a workout buddy, this is a great chance to mix things up and move together!

Promotion details

  • Valid for one week: Monday, 14 April to Thursday, 17 April 2025
  • Available for select group fitness classes only (see list below)
  • Promotion available to current members of Ulladulla Leisure Centre only
  • Current members may invite one friend or family member to join them in classes free of charge
  • Online registration is required to secure your friend or family members place in the class
  • Spots are strictly limited and subject to availability

Participant requirements

Class descriptions:

Ride: Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, ride over hills, chase the pack, Climb Mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body.

Power Circuit: Involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. Aimed at getting you the results you want, and fast.

Flow: A contemporary and dynamic yoga-style class connecting breath with movement.

ABT: This workout blends bodyweight and weighted exercises to focus on your abdominal, butt, and thigh (ABT) muscles. ABT focuses on muscle growth and maximising strength. Let’s tone your lower body and build that booty!

Functional Strength: Functional Fitness is a 45-minute cross training class that focuses on metabolic conditioning. Using free weights this class will challenge you with EMOM’s, AMRAP’s and more! A great way to increase strength and overall fitness.
