UPDATED: 30 June 2020

Visiting your local gym or swimming pool will be a little different to what you're used to with a number changes  in place to protect you, your family and our staff as we continue to adapt to a new way of living.

The major difference you'll find at all our facilities relates to restrictions on total patronage during your visit and the reduction in our regular programming.

To meet the changes set by the State and Federal Government, our staff will be working to ensure no more than 100 patrons are occupying an indoor facility at any one time, as well as creating an environment that will allow you to move about the facility whilst keeping 1.5 metres from your fellow members and patrons.

In addition, Shoalhaven Swim Sport Fitness staff will be scheduling additional cleaning shifts, supplying adequate hand soap/sanitiser and implementing social distancing guidelines to allow you to play your part in a COVIDSafe Australia during your next visit.

You'll also notice that we'll be running modified versions of our regular programming at all Centres.

GROUP FITNESS

For our group fitness participants, it's important to note that each session on our Group Fitness Timetable will be capped and bookings by phone are now essential. We will be updating our Group Fitness timetable on our website in the coming days. Whilst the overall programming is limited throughout Stage 2 of Easing Restrictions, our online library consisting of 47 group fitness classes will remain available on Facebook to access any time.

AQUA

Our popular Aqua programs will also return on Monday, 22 June 2020 in a limited capacity. Bookings are essential. Stay tuned to our Facebook pages throughout the week, check-in to our online Group Fitness Timetable and/or contact your local Centre for more information.

SQUADS

To reintroduce our squad members, the COVID-19 Relaunch Program will continue from Monday, 15 June 2020 at Nowra Aquatic Park, and subsequent programs will be launched at Bay & Basin Leisure Centre, Sussex Inlet Aquatic Centre and Ulladulla Leisure Centre with between 6-8 participants in each session. We encourage you to contact your nearest facility for more information on availability and session times.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY INTENSIVES (SQUADS)

We're excited to announce that our popular Squad Intensives program is returning for the July School Holidays.
