What's On

COVIDSafe South Coast

We need your help to stay COVIDSafe this summer. Avoid disappointment by planning ahead & checking the COVID changes in place at our facilities.

The major difference you'll find at all our facilities relates to restrictions on total patronage and the reduction in our regular programming.

You may be required to queue for a short time before gaining access to any one our facilities as staff work to manage a safe level of patronage, and we appreciate your cooperation and support of our staff in facilitating a safe environment.

Important Update: It is also now a requirement for all patrons to register their visit via the QR codes at all locations. Please bring your mobile phone with you when visiting any of our facilities.

The requirement to use QR codes includes visitors or those who have also scanned their Membership card or Fitness Passport.

Our staff will also be working to create an environment that will allow you to move about each location whilst keeping a towel length (1.5 metres) from others. This may require staff setting capacity limits on specific facilities such as seating areas, gymnasiums, waterslides, splash play parks and more.

In addition, we will be scheduling additional cleaning shifts, supplying adequate hand soap/sanitiser and implementing social distancing measures to allow you to play your part in a COVIDSafe South Coast during your next visit.

Read on for general conditions of entry and location specific restrictions that you should be aware of prior to visit.

We're looking forward to welcoming you to our facilities throughout the summer period and thank you in advance for working with our friendly staff to ensure a safe environment for all.
