Lane availability

As the premier provider of Aquatic facilities across the Shoalhaven, we enjoy consistent patronage year-round and a high demand of our facilities from members, visitors and swim program participants. Our lane availability tables will ensure you can the most out of your lap swimming, and we recommend you start here when planning your session.

Swimming lessons

From interactive classes designed to safely introduce your child to the water to high-performance coaching to springboard your competitive aspirations, you’ll find it here.

Squad training

Squad training sessions at Shoalhaven Swim | Sport | Fitness are a great way to keep fit and healthy, meet new friends and ensure your development in the pool continues beyond the basics and into the competitive side of the sport.
